Meet the Team
Robert Twilley is a 27-year veteran of unscripted television, know for delivering hit programming across true crime, lifestyle and documentary genres. Over his two decades at Jupiter Entertainment, one of the country’s most prolific production companies, Twilley served as General Manager, overseeing 75+ series and specials across 20+ networks. His leadership helped launch iconic true crime franchises like Snapped (Oxygen) and Homicide Hunter (ID), as well as hit docusoaps including Welcome to Myrtle Manor (TLC) and Wild West Alaska (Animal Planet).
In 2021, Twilley launched Streetcar Entertainment on behalf of Fox Entertainment, expanding his portfolio into premium documentaries, specials, and lifestyle programming. Among Streetcar’s standout projects is the Tubi hit Kitchen Commando.
Building on this success, Twilley co-founded Triple Threat Productions in 2024. Today, he continues to create dynamic, compelling content across true crime, lifestyle, and documentary genres.
Todd Moss is the co-founder of Triple Threat Productions. He is a writer, director, and Executive Producer with over 25 years’ experience in film and television production. He is the former VP of Programming at Jupiter Entertainment and Streetcar Entertainment, and has written, directed, produced and overseen hundreds of hours of highly rated factual programming for clients such as HBO, Discovery, NatGeo, Oxygen, and Tubi. Though Todd originally cut his chops on makeover, lifestyle, and true crime programming, his work has spanned all factual genres, including long-form documentary as well as food and travel. His credits include Snapped, HomicideHunter, Modern Marvels, 4th and Forever, and Fatal Attraction, as well as feature length documentary films on subjects as wide-ranging as sneaker culture, Kobe Bryant, the North Pole, and the rise of OnlyFans. He recently wrote and was the Executive Producer of Presumed Dead, a feature-length documentary chronicling the epidemic of missing Black women in America, seen through the eyes of the loved ones of two missing Washington, DC women.
