Robert Twilley is a 27-year unscripted television executive best known for building and overseeing some of the most successful true crime programming in cable history. A hands-on leader with extensive experience managing high-volume slates, he is recognized for delivering complex productions on time, on budget, and at scale.
During his more than 20 years at Jupiter Entertainment, Twilley rose to General Manager, overseeing 75+ series and specials across 20+ networks.
In 2021, Twilley founded Streetcar Entertainment for Fox Entertainment, leading the company’s expansion into premium documentaries, unscripted specials, and lifestyle content.
In 2024, Twilley co-founded Triple Threat Productions, where he continues to develop compelling programming, with a particular focus on elevated true crime and documentary storytelling.
Todd Moss is an Executive Producer with over 25 years of showrunning, writing, directing, and developing critically and commercially successful unscripted television. He is the former EVP of Programming at Jupiter Entertainment, where he created dozens of hit series and oversaw production teams delivering hundreds of hours of highly rated true-crime programming for clients such as HBO, Discovery, NatGeo, Oxygen, Tubi, History/ A&E, and TVOne. Among his EP credits include long-running true-crime juggernauts such as Snapped, Killer Couples, Homicide Hunter, American Detective, Sins & Secrets, Fatal Attraction, and For My Man.
In 2022 Todd joined Streetcar Entertainment as Vice President and EP and helped deliver 50+ hours of true-crime programming, including the highly acclaimed and Clue Award nominated documentary feature film Presumed Dead.
In 2024 Todd co-founded Triple Threat Productions, with a continued focus on unscripted programming that spans all genres, including true crime.
